Non smoking apartment
We ask our guests who smoke to use the terrace or the outdoor area. This ensures fresh air for all visitors.
No pets allowed
Our apartment is pet-free - so if you are an allergic,
you will not experience any unwanted surprises here.

These costs will be charged on site.
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit.
The deposit is 50% of the rent and must be paid within 30 days.
Otherwise the reservation will be deleted without notification.
The remaining amount is due for payment at least 45 days before arrival.
Payment options
You send us the invoiced amount by bank transfer.
Bank checks are not accepted!
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, of course you can also book at short notice.
If it is a very short-term booking, we reserve the right to change the procedure
and the full rental price is payable immediately.
You will then receive your PIN code
Takeover and handover of apartments
The apartment can be used from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The keys are handed over by the landlord or are stored in the key safe.
The apartment must be handed back to the landlord swept clean by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
How does access work with the PIN code?
With your personally assigned PIN access code, you are completely independent.
Enter the PIN code assigned to you personally at the key box. (next to the mailbox)
Save yourself stressful appointments to hand over the keys.
With us you arrive comfortably every day from 4 p.m.
It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the apartment.
Graduation for cancellation fees:
up to 60 days before arrival: 20, - CHF processing fee
up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
13 days before arrival up to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
What happens if I have to cancel the booked apartment?
We recommend that our guests always take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Check with your insurance company. Depending on your insurance policy,
the travel cancellation insurance usually covers the cancellation costs
if the insured person or a person traveling with you is affected.
Is the period that I request blocked for further inquiries?
We happily answer this question with yes.
Your desired period will be blocked for other inquiries.
As soon as you have sent us your request with the desired period,
this period is blocked for inquiries from other vacationers. (for 30 days max.)
